Today, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin spoke over the telephone with President Nicolas Sarkozy of France, President Serzh Sargsyan of Armenia, Head of the Palestinian National Authority Mahmoud Abbas, and President Munsaf al-Marzuki of Tunisia, who congratulated him on his victory in the presidential election.
