He earned the respect of his foreign colleagues with his strong negotiating skills. Mr Kvitsinsky was a prominent political figure and public activist. During his time in the State Duma he worked to make Russia a stronger and more prosperous nation.
We will never forget this talented man, true patriot and distinguished citizen."
