3. The protocol for the introduction of amendments and additions to the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on the status of Baikonur city, the formation and status of its executive agencies dated December 23, 1995;
4. The protocol for the introduction of amendments and additions to the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about aspects of the legal regulation of the activities of: businesses, institutions and organisations involved in the railway transport dated 18 October 1996;
5. An agreement between Russian Railways and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy about joint activity in freight handling at railway terminals;
6. A memorandum on cooperation between Russian Railways and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy on the formation of tariffs for freight transportation by railway.
