The following agreements were signed in the presence of Vladimir Putin and Hugo Chavez:

  • An agreement of intent between Sovkomflot and PDV Marina;
  •  A memorandum of understanding between Ilyushin Finance Co and the Ministry of People's Power for Public Works and Housing;
  •  A memorandum of understanding between Aeroflot-Russian Airlines and the Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronáuticas y Servicios Aéreos (Conviasa);
  •  A contract for the purchase and sale of Lada automobiles;
  • An agreement of intent between OAO INTER RAO UES and Petróleos de Venezuela S.A.;
  •  An interagency programme for cooperation and cultural exchanges for 2010 through 2012;
  •  An interagency memorandum for cooperation in the power industry;
  • An interagency memorandum for science, technology and innovation;
  •  An intergovernmental agreement for mutual recognition of education documents;
  •  An intergovernmental agreement for cooperation in higher education;
  •  An intergovernmental agreement for agricultural cooperation;
  •  An intergovernmental agreement for cooperation regarding transport infrastructure.

In addition, Vladimir Putin and Hugo Chavez signed a statement on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the end of the Second World War and a joint statement on the occasion of the bicentennial of Venezuela's independence.

The following agreements were signed during the prime minister's visit to Venezuela:

  •  A protocol of intent regarding the cultivation and export of bananas;
  •  A protocol of intent between INTER RAO UES and PDVSA;
  • An agreement for partnership and a strategic alliance between KAMAZ and the municipality of Valencia to develop industrial projects ;
  •  A protocol of intent to organise the assembly of Lada automobiles in Venezuela;
  •  An agreement of intent between the Unified Ship-Building Corporation and the Ministry for Public Works and Housing to build a shipyard in Venezuela;
  •  An agreement for the payment of the bonus for the Junin-6 project;
  •  An agreement between Transneft and PDVSA for the non-disclosure of information;
  •  An interagency agreement setting forth the terms for implementing new oil and gas projects;
  •  An interagency memorandum for cooperation in the fishing industry;
  •  An interagency protocol with the Russian Ministry for Emergencies for creating a Crisis Management Centre (CENAPRAD);
  •  An interagency memorandum of intent stipulating feasibility studies for the creation of a joint venture for the production of railway tracks;
  •  An interagency memorandum for scientific cooperation in metrology;
  •  An interagency memorandum approving licenses for Russian automobiles to be sold in Venezuela;
  •  An interagency memorandum for athletic cooperation;
  •  An interagency memorandum of understanding for cooperation in general education, and primary and secondary vocational education;
  • A protocol introducing amendments to the Intergovernmental Agreement Establishing a Russian-Venezuelan Bank; and
  •  The final Act of the 7th Session of the Russian-Venezuelan High-Level Commission.
