The Primorye Territory is the state customer for 12 sites with a total of 59 billion roubles provided in financing for the duration of the programmes. This includes 41.2 billion roubles from the Federal budget, and 17.7 billion roubles from the regional budget. Currently construction is underway on nine sites:
- A bridge crossing over Zolotoy Rog (Golden Horn) bay (completion 2011).
- The sewage treatment plant at Artemovsk reservoir (completion 2009).
- The construction of a central sewage system for Vladivostok (completion 2010).
- The construction of a processing and recycling facility for solid domestic waste in Vladivostok (completion 2011).
- The rebuilding of the highway to from Knevichi airport to the Khabarovsk - Vladivostok Federal highway (completion 2011).
- The construction of a highway from Patroclus Bay to the bridge crossing over Golden Horn Bay (completion 2009).
- The construction of facilities to supply water to Vladivostok and other populated areas of Primorye Territory from the Pushkinsky subterranean water source (completion 2011).
- The construction of a third aqueduct from the water pumping station to supply Vladivostok (completion 2011).
- The reclamation of the area currently used as a solid domestic waste landfill site in Vladivostok (completion 2010).
State expert reviews are underway at two sites, in accordance with the agreed design schedule:
- The reconstruction of the sewage treatment facility for the Northern planning district, the construction of a sewage treatment facility in the Southern planning district, and the construction of a sewage treatment facility in the Eastern district (completion 2011).
- Construction of a medical centre (completion 2011).
The construction documents relating to one site are in the phase of preparing:
- The construction of a ballet and opera house (completion 2011)
In addition, the territory's targeted programme "Developing Vladivostok into an international cooperation centre for the Asia-Pacific region in 2008-2011" has been amended, and in accordance with the instruction of First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, incorporates three sites with total financing from the regional budget standing at 8.46 billion roubles:
- The construction of a highway along the following route: Novy- De Friz Peninsula - Sedanka - Patroclus bay, with a low level bridge (flyover) from De-Friz to Sedanka.
- The construction of a branch road to the international passenger terminal at Knevichi airport. According to the results of a competition for the preparation of an engineering survey and design and working documents for the site, Primorye Design Office (Vladivostok) was declared the winner. Highway construction will begin in 2010.
- The construction of hotels on the continental section of Vladivostok (3-4-5 star). Work on this site will be financed by investment from the company "Primorye is Our Home" which is wholly owned by Primorye Territory. Under the action plan, Primorye Territory Administration is taking the necessary steps to organise work in accordance with the design schedule on the construction and delivery of these sites.
