

The funds for the construction of the sports complex, whose estimated cost totalled 287 million roubles, were donated by the United Russia party, as well as drawn from the federal, regional and local budgets.
According to design documentation, the ground area of the sports complex and the ice rink is 3,903 square metres, with its total structural volume amounting to 47,900 cubic metres.
The hockey pitch is 1,393.5 square metres and has a seating capacity of 238 people. The length of the building where the hockey pitch is located is 60 metres, and width is 32.1 metres. There is a vertical movement lift for people with disabilities and four seats at the stands for people with limited mobility.
The sports complex is a three-story building with administrative offices, a gym (158.1 square metres) and a dance studio (155.2 square metres).
There are 13 shower units, 13 WCs, a cloakroom, a doctor's office, a massage room, an information room and coaches' rooms.
There are flatworks, such as sports grounds with artificial turf for football, handball, volleyball, basketball and tennis.
The sports complex accommodates ice hockey, figure skating, short track and body-building training groups, and functions as a public skating rink as well.
The complex plays host to regional and territorial competitions.
