Limited Liability Company (LLC) Lider Resurs (Leader - Resource)
The limited liability company (LLC) Lider Resurs (Leader - Resource) is located on the premises of Lipetskagrosnabservis, a regional representative of Rosagroleasing for the Lipetsk Region.
In 2006, Lipetskagrosnabservis established LLC Lider- Resurs as an autonomous company to work with the closed joint-stock company Indesit International in waste management, including paper and corrugated cardboard recycling.
In 2006, a detailed analysis of the corrugated packaging market in the Lipetsk Region was conducted and the decision made to build a plant for the production of corrugated board and packaging.
Construction of the plant was launched in February 2007. The state agro-industrial leasing company Rosagroleasing was chosen as a strategic partner to finance the project and supply the equipment. Project cost was about 270 million roubles ($9.78 million). The plant was complete in August 2008. The company acquired high-performance equipment allowing production of up to 7 million sq m of corrugated cardboard a month.
At present, the company has about 30 clients, 70% of which are business in the food and processing industries.
Leading Russian producers, including the Kotlas and Arkhangelsk pulp and paper mills, the Kamenskaya paper and cardboard factory (in the Tver Region), the Syktyvkar timber industry complex, the Okulovo paper mills, the Linen Plant and the Elikon company, have been chosen as the main suppliers of raw materials.
At its projected capacity, the plant will employ 280 people. Its present workforce numbers 190 people: 36 engineers and technicians and 154 workers. The plant operates in shifts, with 57 people working each shift. The average monthly pay is 13,500 roubles.
Oleg Donskikh was appointed chairman of the board of directors at Lipetskagrosnabservis.
Andrei Alekhin holds the post of director general of LLC Lider Resurs.
