Education:

1992: Graduated from the South Urals State University

Experience:

1995: chairman, Pervy Khlebokombinat joint stock company's board

1997: Winner of the Man of the Year title as the best organizer of industrial manufacturing in Chelyabinsk. Creates an association of enterprises Agropromyshlennoye Obyedineniye Makfa, well-known in Russia.

1997, 2003: State Duma deputy from the Kalinin voting district No. 183. In the 3rd State Duma, deputy chairman of the committee for energy, transport and communications. In the 4th State Duma, member of the legislation committee.

2005, 2009: elected Head of the city of Chelyabinsk. Implemented social and charitable programs in his voting district. His major project – Makfa youth brigades engaged in urban land improvement.

From 2006 to 2010, President of the Association of Ural Municipalities. Member of the Club of Russian Mayors formed on the basis of the All-Russian Council of Local Government, following the United Russia initiative. Member of the United Russia regional political council.

March 22, 2010: Chelyabinsk Region Legislative Assembly approved Yurevich as governor.

April 22, 2010: appointed Chelyabinsk Region governor.
