

The Atemar rural community, where the Second National Forum of Rural Communities took place, is located in the south-east of the Lambirsky Municipal District and comprises the village of Atemar, the village of Belogorskoye, the community of Zavod Stroimaterialov, the village of Novaya Uda and the village of Staraya Uda. The total population as of January 1, 2011 was 4,210 people. The head of administration is S. Shchulepov.
The Atemar poultry factory is the community's leading enterprise. The factory turns out more than 100 types of products, which it sells through its own chain of outlets. In 2010, its gross agricultural production totalled 1.2 billion roubles, with a net profit of 9.4 million roubles.
The Astrom company represents industry in the community and produces construction lime and ground limestone.
