Construction of the Solnechny Bereg residential area in Kirov
In cooperation with the federal Fund for the Development of Housing. Construction, the Kirov Region is building the Solnechny Bereg [Sunny Coast] residential area.
The company Kirovspetsmontazh from Kirov won the bid to lease the 16.3 hectare area for eight years on September 25, 2009 and signed the lease agreement.
According to the agreement, the company devised a plan for the area's development.
The project’s basic parameters are as follows:
On March 2, 2010, the construction of the first apartment house began. Despite the fact that the standard construction period was two years, three sections of the house were completed on December 1, 2010. On December 6, 2010, they were authorised for commission.
In 2010, 130 flats with a total area of 6,644 square metres were built and commissioned, including 50 single-room flats provided for veterans of the Great Patriotic War pursuant to the presidential decree on providing housing for veterans of the 1941-1945 Great Patriotic War.
During the construction period, the necessary public utilities, power transformer facilities, and a district gas-powered boiler house were erected.
As of December 25, 2010, four more housing complexes with a total area of 32,500 square metres were under construction, with 23,500 square metres to be commissioned in 2011.
A quadrilateral agreement on the project implementation entails that the regional authorities and the City of Kirov fund the construction of a children’s pre-school establishment and the necessary road infrastructure.
