Education:

1986-1990: Degree in Partisan Development at the Higher Soviet Communist Party School in Moscow.

Experience:

1974: Became a revolutionary.

1974-1980: Worked in Champasak Province.

1979: Joined the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

1980-1986: Worked at the Chancery of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

1990-1992: Secretary to the Prime Minister.

1992-1996: Deputy Minister of the Chancery of the Prime Minister.

1996: Joined the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

1996-2003: Headed the Chancery of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

2001: Joined the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

2003-2006: Deputy Prime Minister of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
