Born on July 7, 1971 in Astrakhan.
Education
1993: Graduated from the Ufa Oil Institute with a degree in Mining Engineering/Geophysics.
2003: Graduated from the Professional Retraining Institute at the Ural Civil Service Academy with a degree in State and Municipal Administration.
Experience
1993-1994: Engineer of the comprehensive geophysical expedition of the Tarasovskyoye administration of geophysical works in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area.
1994-1995: Geologist of the Tarkosalinskaya oil and gas prospecting expedition.
1996-2001: Human resources director and first deputy general director at the Purneftegazgeologia Company.
Since 2000, he has supervised the exploitation of the Khancheiskoye deposit and organised oil and gas production.
May 2001: Appointed general director of the Khancheineftegaz Company.
2002-2005: First deputy head and head of the administration of the Purovsk District.
March 2010: Confirmed as Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area by the area’s legislative assembly on the recommendation of the Russian president.
