Solnechny housing development

There is a plan to build 423 houses that will take up 96.5 hectares in the village of Pushkari.

The housing development includes a school for 310 children, two kindergartens for 155 children, a facility for utilities and public services, a bank, a post office, an administration office, a medical and obstetric centre, a leisure centre with a café and a shopping centre.

Low-rise cottages have been built in the residential development since 2008. There are 54 cottages with a total area of 6,100 square metres.

At present, 170 houses are being built. Water, electric power and gas supply systems, a drainage system and a sewage pumping station were built there using money from the budget.

Twelve contracting companies are building the houses. They are using different construction technologies: traditional brick construction, monolithic concrete construction with the use of table-type slab formwork, light frame construction, monolithic frame construction, etc.

The regional budget finances the construction of roads, driveways and engineering support facilities within the area, which speeds up construction and makes it cheaper for investors.
