Reconstruction of the Admiral Serebryakov Wharf

Reconstruction of the Admiral Serebryakov Wharf began in 2006.

The total length of the wharf is about 5 kilometers.

The first stage of the wharf reconstruction, from Novorossiyskoy Respubliki Street to Novorossiysk Partisans Street, has already been completed. Fountains were installed, and an irrigation system for the sycamore trees was built. The Historical Public Garden was established and a monument to the founders of Novorossiysk was erected. Additionally, the retaining wall was repaired and completed, the monument to the fallen fishermen was faced with granite, a park for skateboarding was built, and a drip irrigation system was laid for the lawn and trees.

The second stage of the wharf (33,000 square meters), from Lyubvi Cape to Tsirkulnaya Square, is currently being reconstructed. The retaining wall was repaired, the descent to the sea was faced with granite, and a drip irrigation system was laid for the lawn and trees.

In 2010, the third stage of the wharf reconstruction will cover about 5,000 square meters.

The fourth stage of the wharf reconstruction with a total length of 900 meters, from the Skipper yacht club to the Malaya Zemlya memorial, is in a planning stage.
