Prime Minister Vladimir Putin meets with the leaders of regions in the Siberian Federal District, the speakers of regional legislatures and members of the regional political council of the United Russia party
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin started the meeting saying that he initiated quarterly party conferences in the federal districts "in order to meet in person those people who work in the regions, including members of party branches and speakers of regional legislatures."
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin added that he would like to discuss the general plans for social and economic development in the regions, in particular the problems currently causing delays.
