Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrives in Smolensk on a working visit

Mr Putin and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk will take part in joint events at the Katyn memorial complex, Smolensk Region, to commemorate the victims of political reprisals of the 1930s buried there, Polish servicemen, as well as Russian soldiers executed by Nazi invaders. In Smolensk, Mr Putin will also hold talks with his Polish counterpart on a full range of Russian-Polish relations.
