On February 8, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin approved a list of candidates for the Rosneftegaz board, which will in turn be approved later at the company's annual shareholders' meeting. The list includes the company's acting director general and Rosneft vice-president Larisa Kalanda, deputy head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management Gleb Nikitin, Gazprombank head Andrei Akimov, Itera head and co-owner Igor Makarov and SOGAZ board chairman and son of the head of the Presidential Executive Office Sergei Ivanov, who will replace Deputy Energy Minister Sergei Kudryashov and Transneft president Nikolai Tokarev.
