Komsomolskaya Pravda: "Prime minister invited to play football above the Arctic Circle"

Putin was invited to play football at the new stadium on Miner's Day.
During a working meeting, Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Lev Kuznetsov told Vladimir Putin that 1,265 out of 11,265 families would be relocated from the Extreme North. The previous year, the prime minister held a meeting in Norilsk "where unprecedented decisions were adopted under the programme to relocate Norilsk and Dudinka residents."
"People living in harsh northern conditions have had the opportunity to see how much the state cares. They asked me to thank you on their behalf, and invite you to come play football on the new field that we are set to complete in August," Kuznetsov told the prime minister.
"When will it be ready?" Putin asked.
"It will be ready by Miner's Day which is in late August," the governor said.
The governor passed along to the prime minister the request of farmers in the north who want their grain to be competitive and therefore request privileges. In 2011, the grain harvest is expected to amount to 2 million tonnes.
"Let's look into that," the prime minister nodded.
The prime minister asked about the level of teachers' salaries and how it compares with the average salary across all industries.
"We've set ourselves a goal for the end of next year," the governor said.
