Komsomolskaya Pravda: "Popular Front open to all"

It is possible to join through the internet or public reception offices in the regions.

Vladimir Putin's Russian Popular Front is rapidly expanding its membership. Dmitry Peskov, the prime minister's press secretary, said ordinary citizens have started addressing Putin with requests to join the front privately, as individuals rather than members of some organisation. Peskov said they want to "have access to participation in government in this way." Putin met them halfway and now practically everyone will be able to join the front. Applicants should fill out a form addressed to Putin available on his site (premier.gov.ru). Applicants will need to confirm that they accept the front's goals. Those without internet access may become members through the prime minister's public reception offices. A complete list of members will be made available on the web so that the nation can know them by name.
