Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulated the participants, organisers, and jury members of the Delphic Games on the 10th anniversary of the Russian Delphic Council

His greeting telegram read, in part:

"Since its establishment, the Council has exemplified effective cultural and humanitarian activities and attention to the new generation of Russian talents. The Delphic Games have given a boost to the careers of many young actors, artists, poets, and musicians. The Games honourably contribute to international partnership and friendly contacts.
