The following documents were signed in the presence of the prime minister:
– an agreement between the St Petersburg City Government, Western High-Speed Diameter and Northern Capital Highway on the construction and use of the motorway, Western High-Speed Diameter, on the basis of private-public partnership;
– a memorandum on the basic principles and terms of crediting the project by Vnesheconombank, VTB Capital, Gazprombank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Eurasian Development Bank and Northern Capital Highway.
