Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visits the Golovchino rural district hospital while on a working visit to the Belgorod Region

The Golovchino District Hospital is a functional division of the Grayvoron Central Clinical Hospital.

The building was constructed in 1927. During WWII, the hospital was used as evacuation hospital No.2324.

The Golovchino District Hospital is designed for 25 beds, including ten 24-hour beds, ten day patient beds, and five nursing beds. It also has an outpatient clinic designed for 75 doctors' appointments per shift. The Golovchinsky healthcare area has a population of 7,114, including 950 children.

The hospital employs seven doctors, including two physicians, two general practitioners, an obstetrician, a pediatrician, a dentist, and 29 paramedical workers. The hospital includes five community health centres and an emergency department.

The hospital facilities have been improved as part on the Health National Project and the regional targeted programme "Rural Social Development for 2007-2010." The hospital was refurbished in 2007 and purchased the necessary equipment, office equipment and vehicles.

The average monthly wages amounted to 10,165 roubles in 2011. The doctor's wages averaged 21,429 roubles while junior medical worker's wages averaged 5,558 roubles.
