Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an executive order on changes in the structure of the Government Office. They are as follows:

- to restructure the Department of State Management and Local Government into the Department of State Management, Regional Development and Local Government;

- to restructure the Department of Regional Development and Agro-Industrial Complex into the Department of Agro-Industrial Complex.
