Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an executive order on subsidizing a budget of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania in 2008

The Government adopted the proposal of the Pension Fund on subsidizing the budget of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania in 2008 in the amount of up to 21 million roubles for targeted social assistance to non-working pensioners (citizens of Russian Federation) who had suffered in the Georgian-South Ossetian conflict, out of the funds stipulated in part one of Article 14 of the Federal Law On the Budget of the Russian Federation Pension Fund for 2008 and Planning Period of 2009 and 2010.
