Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed a resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "On the Authorized Federal Agency of the Executive Authority on the Supervision of the Market Council Activity" in which he appointed the Ministry of Energy of the Russian federation the Authorized Federal Agency of the Executive Authority on the Supervision of the Market Council.
