Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a telegram of condolences to Turkish Prime Minister Recep Erdogan in connection with terrorist attacks in the country

The telegram reads, in part:
«We were deeply saddened to learn about the explosions in Istanbul which claimed so many victims. We resolutely condemn these cruel terrorist attacks.
I express my sincere condolences to you, the relatives and close ones of the dead and the whole Turkish people».
