Vladimir Putin signed an executive order on Russia’s accession to the World Intellectual Property Organisation Copyright Treaty

In accordance with Clause 1 of Article 21 of the Federal Law On International Treaties of the Russian Federation, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an executive order on Russia's accession to the World Intellectual Property Organisation Copyright Treaty adopted by the Diplomatic Conference on Certain Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Questions held in Geneva on December 20, 1996.
