Dear friends, I warmly and sincerely would like to welcome all who have gathered here in this square in the wonderful city of Rostov to support our national anti-drug campaign. Thank you for coming.
I welcome all who choose health, sports and personal success to say a decisive "no" to drugs. We need to clean our homes, our streets and our cities of this evil. Life is diverse, interesting and bright, and there are interesting and important things to do ahead of us and all around us. I wish you success and happiness. Russia needs your success! Thank you.
