Pursuant to the Decree of the Russian President of November 26, 2007 No.1577 on the Open Joint Stock Company Rosoboronexport the Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an executive order transforming the federal state unitary enterprise Rosoboronexport into an open joint stock company Rosoboronexport, 100% of whose government stake is subject to be transferred into the ownership of Russian Technologies, the state corporation for the development, production and export of high-tech industrial products, as the property contribution of the Russian Federation.
