In accordance with agreements reached during the recent telephone conversation between Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Uzbekistan President Islam Karimov, Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin today had a telephone conversation with the Uzbek head of state.
During their talk Vladimir Putin and Islam Karimov discussed various aspects of economic cooperation between the two countries.
