Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed a Resolution introducing amendments to Executive Order No. 991 of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2007 On the Programme of Building Olympic Facilities and the Development of the City of Sochi as a Mountain Climatic Health Resort.
