Prime Minister Vladimir Putin appointed Yuri Ushakov Deputy Head of the Government Executive Office

The Chairman of the Russian Government, Vladimir Putin, has issued an executive order appointing Yuri Ushakov as Deputy Head of the Apparatus of the Russian Government.
