“Today I signed all the documents necessary to submit the draft federal budget for 2011 and two following years to the State Duma. This marks the completion of a long and important phase in the process of drafting the country’s main financial and economic document for next year. <…> The new budget will give a start to two breakthrough programmes for the modernisation of local healthcare infrastructure and large-scale road construction using the resources of road funds.”
