Education
1985: Graduated from the Donetsk Polytechnic College majoring in "Equipment of Coke-Chemical Plants." Worked as an assembly fitter at Zhdanovsky and Makeyevsky coke-chemical plants.
Served with the Armed Forces.
1993: Graduated from the Economics and Transport Management Faculty, State Management Academy.
1993-1994: Economist at the production-commercial firm Kometa in Moscow.
1994-1998: Chief accountant and financial director of Russian Petroleum Products.
May 1998-May 2000: Deputy Vice President for Finance with Metallurgical Investment Company.
2000-2002: Director-General of the Volga Pipe Plant,
2002-2003: Director-General of Taganrog Metallurgical Plant and deputy director-general for management of the Pipe Metallurgical Company.
2003: Appointed Director General of Kolchugtsvetmet.
October 2005: Appointed deputy director-general of the non-commercial partnership Southern Russia Investment and Development Agency and director-general of the Volgograd Region Investment and Development Agency.
September 2006-May 2009: Deputy Chief of the Volgograd Region Administration for Investment and Trade, and chairman of the Board of Directors of the Volgograd Region Investment and Development Agency.
May 2009: Deputy chief of the Volgograd Region Administration for Entrepreneurship, Industry and Trade.
December 25, 2009: President Dmitry Medvedev proposed to the Volgograd Regional Duma the candidacy of Anatoly Brovko for head of the Volgograd Region Administration. December 29: Volgograd Regional Duma confirmed his appointment.
