After visiting the construction headquarters at the Voyennaya Gavan naval base in Novorossiysk, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin travels by seagoing tugboat to the Admiral Serebryakov Embankment

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin watched the coastline from the bridge of the tugboat. Head of the Federal Agency for Special Construction Nikolai Abroskin showed Prime Minister Putin the construction plans for the naval base and pointed out to him in detail what facilities would be built and where.

Prime Minister Putin arrived at the embankment and saw a new fountain that rises directly from the sea. He also visited a monument to the founders of Novorossiysk on the embankment, where passersby welcomed the prime minister to the city. "You've built a beautiful embankment, and the base will be excellent as well, I'm sure," said the prime minister.
