The Lebanese leader offered his condolences with regard to the tragedy in the Moscow Metro.
Mr Hariri condemned the terrorist attacks and expressed Lebanon's solidarity with Russia and the Russian people in the fight against terrorism.
The two leaders also expressed their willingness to continue bilateral dialogue.
