Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has received proposals from Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak on solutions to personnel problems. This followed the prime minister's directive to Mr Kozak, issued on March 22, following unsatisfactory results of revising building estimates with the aim of reducing budget spending.
Vladimir Putin signed an executive order to relieve Sergei Kruglik of his duties as Deputy Regional Development Minister at his own request.
