Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signs Government Resolution No. 166 dated March 17, 2010, On a Second Time Zone in the Republic of Udmurtia

Following a proposal from the State Council of the Republic of Udmurtia and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian government has decreed an introduction of a second time zone in the Republic of Udmurtia, as of March 28, 2010, at 2:00 a.m. (local time in the Republic of Udmurtia).

The government of the Republic of Udmurtia is responsible for making the necessary preparations to introduce the second time zone in the Republic of Udmurtia and issuing notice to organisations and the general public, including public service announcements in the media.
