The two leaders will discuss pertinent issues for the two countries' cooperation in trade, the economy, energy and transport.
Prime Ministers Putin and Rasmussen will also attend an inauguration ceremony for a transatlantic freight line between St Petersburg and Latin America (Ecuador), serviced by the Danish company Maersk Line.
