Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed Executive Order No. 74-R on nominating candidates for election as representatives of the Russian Federation and independent directors to the boards of directors (supervisory councils) and auditing commissions of shareholding companies.
They will be represented at Bank VTB (St Petersburg), Aeroflot - Russian Airlines (Moscow), the Modern Commercial Fleet (Sovcomflot) (St Petersburg), the United Aircraft Corporation (Moscow), the Telecommunications Investment Joint Stock Company (Svyazinvest) (Moscow), the United Shipbuilding Corporation (St Petersburg), the Oil Company Rosneft (Moscow), the Okeanpribor Concern (St Petersburg), the Avrora Science and Production Association (St Petersburg), the Naval Underwater Weapons - Gidropribor Concern (St Petersburg), the Centre of Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Technology (St Petersburg) and the Mortgage Agency (Moscow).
