Vladimir Putin congratulates Nikita Kryukov and Alexander Panzhinsky, individual sprint winners in the XXI Winter Olympics

The gold medal won by Nikita Kryukov was Russia's first in these Olympic games, and the silver won by Alexander Panzhinsky was just as welcome.
