"Since its establishment, the Service has become a respected agency that accumulated considerable experience in ensuring safety at the country's industrial facilities.

"Your task now is not only to preserve your traditions but also to substantially enhance the quality of your work. You have been vested with a heavy responsibility for preventing man-made accidents and catastrophes, preserving human lives and health, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. To be able to attain these objectives, each of your employees needs exceptional skills and experience and should strictly comply with their professional duties."
