Prime Minister Vladimir Putin congratulated Yefim Pivovar, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities, on his 60th birthday
The message reads, in part:
"Your productive scientific, social and pedagogic activities are highly appreciated by your colleagues and apprentices. Not only do you head the Russian State University for the Humanities, which is one of Russia's most rapidly developing universities, but you also participate in important educational projects.
I am confident that your experience, wide knowledge and creative potential will contribute to developing the university and Russian institutions of higher learning in general."
