Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 1907-r of December 10, 2009 to pay lump sum allowances to those who were injured and the families of those who were killed in the terrorist attack on November 27, 2009, which resulted in the Nevsky Express train derailment, in the amounts specified by the Rules for Allocating Budget Appropriations from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation to prevent and relieve emergencies and the effects of natural disasters, as well as lump sum funeral grants to the families of those who were killed in the Nevsky Express terrorist attack in the amount of 18,000 roubles per fatality.
