Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 1898-r of December 10, 2009 to allocate 432.6 million roubles from the reserve fund of the Russian Federation in 2009 to purchase pharmaceuticals, blood preparations, expendable materials and medical equipment to render medical aid to the victims of the December 4, 2009 fire in Perm who are currently under treatment at medical institutions.
