Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 1896-r of December 10, 2009 to provide financial support to the Perm Territory allocating a subsidy in the amount of 86 million roubles from the federal budget in 2009 to ensure the integrity of the Perm Territory budget. These funds will be paid in a lump sum to the families of those who died and to those injured in the fire in Perm on December 4, 2009.
