Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order No. 1895-r of December 10, 2009 to redistribute budget appropriations intended to increase the share capital of lending agencies redirecting 12 billion roubles to the state corporation Russian Technologies in the form of an asset contribution of the Russian Federation to provide financial support to AvtoVAZ.
