Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed the Government Resolution No. 925 of November 14, 2009, which establishes the individual living wage and the general living wage for the basic social and demographic groups of the Russian Federation for the second quarter of 2009.

The resolution sets the average living wage in the Russian Federation in the second quarter of 2009 at 5,187 roubles per persons, 5,607 roubles for eligible workers, 4,129 roubles for pensioners and 4,963 roubles for children.
