Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed Government Resolution No. 924 of November 14, 2009 On Introducing Amendments to the Distribution of Subsidies to the Regions for Reimbursing Parents for the Partial Costs of Maintaining Their Children in the State and Municipal Educational Institutions Which Were Charged with the Main Preschool Education Programme in 2009.
