"As the rector of one of Russia's leading schools training filmmakers, your hard work is an enormous contribution to the development of talented young professionals. This is not only a huge responsibility, but also an extremely interesting and compelling creative work that requires experience, comprehensive knowledge in many spheres, and pedagogical and administrative skills. You have all of this in abundance."
